About Our Coffee
At High Roller Coffee, we care about one thing above all else — serving up seriously good coffee.
We work closely with a local roaster here in Perth, Western Australia, who uses state-of-the-art equipment in a HACCP-certified facility. (If you’re wondering, that just means everything is done to the highest food safety standards — from roasting to packing.) Quality is non-negotiable, and we make sure every bean that leaves the roaster is up to scratch.
Our blends are created using beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Papua New Guinea — each with its own unique flavour profile. We never use single-origin in our blends — instead, we combine at least two origins to get the most out of every roast. A great example is our Blackjack Brew, which blends beans from Colombia and Papua New Guinea for a bold and smooth finish.
We don’t just talk freshness — we deliver it. While we keep a small batch of stock on hand, most orders are roasted fresh after you buy, then packed and shipped directly to you. It’s usually only a few days old by the time it hits your doorstep (within Australia).
Our coffee bags are airtight and high quality, and we label every one with the roast date so you know exactly what you’re getting. The 250g bags come with a zip lock seal for convenience, while the 500g and 1kg bags don’t — but we’ve got storage tips over on our 'Storing Your Coffee' page if you need a hand.
When it comes to flavour, we lean mostly towards dark roasts, but we also offer a medium roast called Poker Face for those who prefer something a bit lighter. Each blend is roasted with subtle tasting notes — think milk chocolate, strawberry, and honey — and you can count on consistency and balance in every batch.
What makes us a little different? For every bag sold, we donate $1 to a charity, and our customers get to help choose where it goes. It’s just one way we’re aiming to give back through every cup. We're also working on a monthly giveaway for subscribers, so stay tuned — good things are coming.
High Roller Coffee started with two things: a love for good coffee, and a goal to build a business of my own. After reading all the Rich Dad Poor Dad books, and wanting more for my family than just the 9 to 5 grind, I decided to go all in. My mission now is to take High Roller Coffee global, build a community around it, and make a positive impact along the way.
Thanks for being part of the journey — one cup at a time.
