Storing Your Coffee
Coffee beans are sensitive — they don’t like air, moisture, heat, or direct sunlight. To keep your coffee tasting its best, it's important to store your beans in an airtight container and away from light and heat sources.
Most home coffee machines come with an inbuilt dispenser (or hopper) that holds around 250g of beans. While it’s super convenient to pour a full bag straight in, the dispenser isn’t airtight — so your beans will start to lose freshness over time.
We recommend only filling the dispenser with enough beans to last 2–3 days. For larger bags (like 500g or 1kg), store the remaining beans in a sealed, airtight container in a cool, dark place like your pantry or cupboard. No need for anything fancy — containers from Woolworths, Coles, or Kmart will do the job perfectly.
Example 1 - This container is a premium product! The black lid has a seal and a vent that will push the air out as the lid is pushed down into the container. The clear lid is then placed on top. This container will easily hold a 1KG!

Keep it fresh. Keep it simple. And let your coffee shine, cup after cup!
