Free Shipping on Orders $150+
All orders that exceed $150.00 will qualify for Free Shipping. The Free Shipping is Standard Shipping, however for an additional $10.00, Express Shipping can be selected during the checkout process.
Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)
0KG to 5KG - $20.00
During the checkout process, there will be an option to select Express Shipping. The Express Shipping option is an additional $5.00, making the total $25.00.
Large Orders (5kgs +)

At High Roller Coffee, we roast your coffee fresh to order because you deserve nothing but the best. Give us 2 business days to roast and pack your coffee, and we'll have it ready to roll out the door. We partner with Australia Post to deliver your precious beans, but they sometimes run on "Australia Post time" – especially during peak periods. Even during the slow seasons, minor delays can occur. Don’t worry; we keep a close eye on your delivery and will send you a tracking confirmation link to ease your caffeine-induced excitement.
Heads Up – Order Processing Days: At High Roller Coffee, we process orders only twice a week – on Mondays and Thursdays. If you place your order between Friday and Sunday, we'll ship it out on Monday. Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursday. If Monday or Thursday is a Public Holiday, we'll dispatch on the next business day. Consider it a little extra time for the beans to gather their strength!

We stand by the quality of our coffee, and if you're not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right. We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, let us know, and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products. For any queries, contact our team in Perth and we’ll be happy to assist!
